Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats 

  • 1 handful of ice cubes 

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired thickness.
