We’re all about pushing limits—and that includes the gear you count on. At ZULU, we stand behind the design, quality, and durability of every product we make. But we know that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve got your back.
ZULU guarantees that our products are built to perform, free from defects in materials and craftsmanship, for the lifetime of your original purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right—just follow the steps below to submit your warranty claim. In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
• You must have purchased the product from ZULUathletic.com or authorized reseller in the United States or Canada;
• You must return the product to ZULU if requested; and
• The product must have been used only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care and use instructions.
If a defect occurs during manufacturing or as the result of the product’s intended use according to the care and use instructions, we will replace, at our discretion, without charge, the defective product or part. If the exact product or part is no longer available, an equivalent product or part will be substituted.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
We want you to love your new ZULU, however, there are some circumstances where the warranty does not cover the replacement of a product. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Additionally, dents and scratches, normal wear and tear, accidental damage from drops, product misuse and improper care including cleaning related issues, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:
If your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label by email. If you do not have a printer, you can have your label printed when you drop off your package at the shipper.
When you are ready to ship your return, please follow these steps:
1. Securely pack your item in a suitable cardboard shipping box with proper packaging to ensure your product is not damaged during return.
2. Attach your return label to the box.
3. Ship your return based on the shipping label provided.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein.
We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the Warranty transferable. In no event will ZULU's total liability to you for all the damages, losses or causes of action whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, exceed the amount you have paid ZULU in the last six (6) months, or, if greater, one hundred u.s. dollars (us $100). In no event shall ZULU be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations set forth above may not apply to you.
The warranty is only available in the United States and Canada.
